Two bedroom apartments - Can sleep 6 (prices are based on 4 persons).

One bedroom apartments - Can sleep 3 (prices are based on 2 persons).

Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of a 25% initial payment. The balance is payable 28 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. For bookings made within 28 days of arrival date, full payment must be made within one week of booking.

Your deposit and balance payment can be paid by VISA/MasterCard/International Money Transfer. In some cases CASH payment upon arrival is accepted.

A safety deposit of $250 is required for breakages /damages with the final payment. The safety deposit is refunded within 2 weeks of rental end date subject to satisfactory inspection.

Provisional bookings can be held for up to one week to enable funds to be sent.

No smoking inside of apartments.

Guest 'check in' is at 3.00 pm on the date of arrival.

Guest 'check out' is at 12.00 noon on date of departure - this can be flexible if arranged.
