Select the options you require when you make your booking: The two bedroom apartments located on the first and second floors are very spacious and designed for maximum comfort.

The one bedroom apartments located on the ground floor provide the same level of comfort but with a more away-from-it-all feeling

Apartment 1, 2, 3, 4, located on the first and second floors, has the sensibility of an English style house with painted white crown mouldings and skirting board. The decor at Woburn Villas is a blend of Mexican/English and local craftsmanship. All six apartments are very spacious, light and airy. All floors, bathrooms and external tiles were sourced from Brazil and Italy .

Each Apartment has a balcony offering panoramic views.

Bedrooms

All two bedroom apartments are similar in layout and only differentiated by the height of view. The main bedroom has a king size Mexican wooden bed and the second has two single beds. All rooms have a four wooden chest of drawers, long Cheval Mirror, bedside tables with lamps and built-in-closets. All linen provided is pure cotton. All bedrooms are en-suite.

Bathrooms

The bathrooms are spacious and luxurious with concealed Thermostatic showers with 8" H Reed Apron fixed shower head, vanity basins, bathroom mirrors, Alto Shaver Light and Sanware cistern seat with soft close.

Dining Room

Mexican pine 70" wooden table - seating six. Sofa-beds (can sleep two persons - flexible for any of the apartments).

Lounges

Each lounge is very specious has a two and three seater sofa chairs and a one seater Arm chair. All furniture are rattan and wooden. Other amenities include - A 29" television with cable, a DVD player, Computer/writing desk, Internet access and a Telephone land line/mobile phone. Mobile phones can be rented at a very competitive price

Kitchens

All top of the range appliances, Integrated Dish washer, Washing Machine, Fridge /freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, one and a half Bowl Stainless Steel Sink & Drainer Chrome Rotart Creciform Taps, Flavel gas cooker with stainless cooker hood. Kitchen utensils and crockery are top quality. There are also chopping boards.

Miscellaneous

Bath towels, hair dryers, Iron and Ironing boards, Brooms and brushes, pots and pans.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
