Marryshow House named after T. A
Marryshow, who in 1915 launched a campaign for the creation of a
West Indian Federation and self-goverment from Great Britain.
The Market Square, was once used
as a place for public executions and the buying and selling of
slaves. Today, vendors from around the country gather each day
to sell their local produce.
The Grenada National Museum houses
artifacts from Carib times up to present.
Fort George was built in 1706 to
guard the inner harbour.
