River Antoine Rum Distllery The oldest working
water mill in the Caribbean.
On
this excursion:

Then on to Grand Etang
lake and then on to the rainforest along
the nature trails . You will see some
interesting species of birds, flora and
fauna. This is the habitat of the Mona
monkey unique to Grenada.

From here we move on to
River Antoine Rum Distllery located in
St. Patricks to the north of the island.
The oldest working water mill in the
Caribbean. Time to buy & sample
some fine organic rum made from pure cane
juice.

We now stop for lunch and
cold drinks at Top of the Town in the
historical parish of St. Patrick's for a
full Grenadian lunch.
Typical menu is first course: Callaloo
soup, main course: Beef stew or chicken
or fish with vegetables, rice and side
salad. Or vegetarian dishes. Local
beverages

From here we go on to the
beautiful Bathway beach in Levera for
some swimming.

Then back to cruise ship
or hotel.
Restrooms are
available at the Grand Etang Visitors Centre,
restaurant. and beach.
